  • Just call the XPACS 800 number which is available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Our concierges take your request and fulfill it immediately. However, if it is a more complex request, they will forward the information directly to your Relationship Manager (the individual designated to oversee your account) to process.
  • Your Relationship Manager proceeds to fulfill your request and then contacts you immediately to inform you on the status of your request.
  • Next, you just sit back and relax knowing that everything has been taken care of!
