Relationship Manager

Research shows that customers prefer dealing with one or two individuals rather than a myriad of people. Therefore, XPACS ELITE has created the Relationship Manager. Once your account has been activated, you will be assigned personal Relationship Managers who will be your exclusive contacts within XPACS ELITE. Your Relationship Managers will be the handlers of your account. These individuals will take care of all of your requests placed through the call center and will contact an XPACS ELITE Network Concierge, if necessary, to fulfill your request.

Once the details are completed and your request is taken care of, one of your Relationship Managers will contact you to let you know that everything has been fulfilled according to your specifications.
